Comments: Was a good run, paced with Lavine and we faded off of our pace between miles 6 and 8, and that hurt our sub 70 attempt. My lead up workouts were off, and need to get more miles in and stop sitting back on talent. What would you do differently?: Work harder, I can drop 5 minutes from my time with more miles Post race
Warm down: Walk around and get stuff to eat. Changed socks, that felt good! What limited your ability to perform faster: More miles! Event comments: C'mon, it's the Army Ten Miler!
