Comments: Very strong last 3 miles. My only goal was to finish the race and not take it hard. Since I had plenty left over at the end I just went all out. I'l check my Garmin results on Monday at work, since that's where the dongle is. What would you do differently?: Take the training a little more serious. Post race
Warm down: Stretches What limited your ability to perform faster: Poor training. Event comments: Ton of people along the course cheering, plenty of water stations and lots of vendors. The medal is the best so far and it lights up like a Christmas ornament. Last updated: 2014-09-26 12:00 AM
