Comments: This swim was probably one of my most comfortable. was surprised that I was able to pass people from previous waves. i usually bilat breath but was more comfortable just breathing every stoke. I think that I actually was sighting beter because of it. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: was slow getting wet suit off Bike
Comments: Bike was hilly and roads were not the greatest. since feeling so good out of the water i decided that i would push on the bike. was able to pass quite a few people. Transition 2
Comments: took time to load my garmin because i had planned to do the 1/2 mile run 1 min walk. Run
Comments: I felt really good on this run. Started to get pretty warm though. Just kept the training and did 1/2mile 1 min. Would have been a bit more speedy but had to stop and visit the port potty, just couldnt hold it any longer!! At least it wasnt the usual reason to stop!!! What would you do differently?: Push the run a bit harder Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: I am training for IMFL and this race was just to practice OWS before FL. I had run my long 18 mile run on Sat and had no hopes of doing anything good.
