Pre-race routine:

Nothing really. Hammer bar and coffee. Sipped G2 Gatorade before.
One Hammer Gel and 2 Endurolites at start.
One 2 hour bottle of Perpetuem..sipped half the first hour or so...then kept diluting with water and finished it.

Comments:

Ran out in 7:55 pace about 1:43:00
Felt good.
Tied up and backed off...but never had any stomach or cramping!
Major foot problems and big blister on Rt foot. (Orthotic was great on left foot...bad on rt)
Major slow down was feet...
What would you do differently?:

Different shows, only put insert in left shoe.
Definitely same perpetuem but add more gels or Heed for second half.
