Practice lap Friday was an easy 33 minutes (Easy to swim 1:10:00
BIG MISTAKE: Went out with late group thinking it would be easier to swim around than getting run over.
Constantly swam into big groups and definitely could not get through without going 30 yards sideways.
Whole swim was this way
What would you do differently?:

go out with faster swimmers. Cheat forward if anything.
I was swimming into people that were WAY ahead of me starting

3 hour first lap. Definite nutrition problem today. Really struggled on 2nd lap

Better Training and better nutrition practice

IMLP- Too Long here but was really hurting and getting my shit together to some extent
Complete clothes change because i had no concern over time at this point.
What would you do differently?:

Normal transition if I'm having a good day. No need to change etc.

Really struggling off bike. Lots of trotting and walking especially lap one.
Finished much better on lap 2 when i was feeling better

Nutrition overall....need to survive the bike.

Always glad to just finish these damn things...LOL
Experience kept me in it to finish this one after how i felt off the bike.

Signed up for 2016......will be more ready....OR not go hard at all and accept my lame 14 hours.
