Comments: took it easy for the first 10k to see how my back would hold up. then just got into a groove and went with what was comfortable. Hamstrings and hip flexors wanted to cramp around mile 25. had to back off just a bit to keep them from going crazy. What would you do differently?: Not started with my "estimated finish" time corral. that was a mess trying to get around people that were just standing around. Post race
Warm down: stretch some, drank a beer. felt better then expected. What limited your ability to perform faster: lack of confidence in whether my back would hold up and having to dodge all of the side by side walkers(5and 6 wide).
