What would you do differently?:

Need to be able to swim this in less than 30 minutes next time.

work on wet sute removal and getting going after swim. swim to bike bricks

wow need to bike more legs had not much in them after the swim. to most of the bike to recover from the swim

Need to do bike to run bricks. Need to put in more miles and longer miles. need to run 10k's daly

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not enough training for the race. Just did it because everyone that was going to do it with me didn't and I wanted to. I could not let all my little bit of traing go to waste.

when I finshed there was not much of any food left. No finish line photos.
