Pushed too hard on the bike so I suffered through the run a little. Cramped off and on so I had to push through. My fault, nutrition and fluid were off because of the cold it was hard to drink and eat on the bike.

Terrible headwinds and bitter cold made it tough to ride. Couldn't feel my feet through entire ride which made it tough. Didn't drink or eat because of the cold so nutrition was off causing cramping. Bad race for me.
