We start from the beach all at the same time. Then the first buoy is very near. My first swim in a crowd. Lots of occasion for drafting.
What would you do differently?:

place myself in front. I was slowed by a lot of competitors and got stuck in the bottleneck.

One straight 5km line we do 4 times. It was very windy, 5k with wind in the back, 5k with wind in our face, repeat. The first time I notice rocks on a triathlon bike event. Maybe the municipality could have swept the road before the event.

Running in a camping. We received a lot of encouragements and high fives from kids. I enjoyed it very much!
What would you do differently?:

Still have pain in my foot which prevents me from training and racing properly.

Event comments:

Very nice race. We swim in an artificial lake on a camping site, bike on a rural street and finish running in the camping. The ambiance is great and so was the event. I loved it!
