Comments:

Good run, happy with time. Would have liked to go under 21, that was the goal. Good effort.
What would you do differently?:

Possibly warm up a little better with some harder pickups. Although the first mile was mostly on target, it felt harder than it should have. A better warm-up might have helped. Did get stuck in the trail section (shortly after 1 mile). Can't really pass in that section.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Would be hard to train more, need to be consistent with Fall training. Better warm-up would have helped a little.

Event comments:

Season highlight for me. Fastest 5k of the year.
