A good bike split for me. This has been my weakest part of the race but a good winter on the trainer helped my strength a lot.
What would you do differently?:

It's time to start looking into a Tri-bike. I love my road bike, but I would like to do a few longer races and it seems like it is time to suck it up and try to find one!

The Transitions were both too slow, this one was a little better, but getting off the bike was still very unnatural for me.

Ran out of gas a little bit in mile 5, but eating a little Clifbar throughout the run helped a lot!
What would you do differently?:

Practice more like the race. Need to find places to hide water along my routes so that my training runs are not quite so uncomfortable.
