Comments: first standalone 5k in years. coming off a running injury (right knee, plantar fasciitis) so not sure what to expect. short run races are painful! What would you do differently?: i wore a cool weather top - underarmour sweater that got me too warm. i also wore a thin long sleeve cowtown shirt on top, along with tights, gloves and my lululemon head/ear wrap. should have worn something lighter Post race
Warm down: hot chocolate, wore my north face jacket to keep warm What limited your ability to perform faster: need to get my kick back. probably a little too warm in terms of attire Event comments: good event organized by GetRacing. lots of good post race snacks and awards.
