Comments:

I ran a good race. I was on pace to break 3:10 through the 1/2 marathon. I faded a between miles 22-25 but finished stronger on mile 26. My best marathon since before my traumatic brain injury of 2009. I finished 8 minutes faster than last year. Another Boston qualifier. I am thrilled with my progress.
What would you do differently?:

I raced a good race. If anything, my training is suspect. I ran a lot of training miles, but I didn't have any long runs over 17 miles. Next marathon training schedule will include multiple 20+ mile runs.

Warm down:

drank a few beers and ate some rice and beans. Walked to the transport bus

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I ran to my abilities right now. I just need to increase my fitness and adjust my training somewhat.
