Pre-race routine:

I don't have a routine per say, I just set up bike and gear. I do seperate my socks and roll them down to allow quicker access with wet feet.

I held back at first, not wanting to burn out. My HR monitor showed under 8 min. for the first two miles but my avg. pace was over that.
What would you do differently?:

I didn't do alot of running prior to the race. Moer training would have helped.

Warm down:

A bottle of water and some walking around.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

It's always the swim, but there was less panic this time and I can only think it will keep getting better.

I would do it again.
1st sprint- 1:27:57 (750m pool swim)
2nd sprint- 1:16:45 (500yd pool swim)
3rd sprint- 1:29:50 (800yd lake swim)
