Pre-race routine:

I had 2 cups of yogurt, a glass of MILO and 2 hard boiled eggs
Event warmup:

Before the event start, I swam a bit to warm up in the water.

Comments:

Swim was ok as the number of participants is not many. But some participants actually hit me on my goggles and other parts of my body during the swim.

Comments:

Turn on the GPS of my new TIMEX watch to detect but took a while to get connections. Everything was already laid out before the race, thus it was relatively smooth.

Run was ok. Couldn't increase pace any more. Felt a bit exhausted. Partly due to the sun.
What would you do differently?:

Use a cap or a sun visor

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Too hot (mid afternoon)

Event comments:

Felt that the transition security is BAD. No one is monitorng the personal belongings of the participants while the race is still on.
