prob my best HIM swim yet. not necessarily my best time but had a good start and pace felt really good. was about the same pace as IMTX. never really try to be a hero in the swim..

spent too much from my piggy bank on the bike even thought the time doesn't show it...having only ridden 282 miles since January I guess it could have been worse...there was really no wind going out. started raining around mile 20 and let up by the turnaround. was feeling really good going out and up to about mile 45 then I hit the wall. first time this has ever happened to me on the bike. all boils down to more miles in the saddle...
What would you do differently?:

trained more than 258 miles on the bike since January.

my worst HIM run so far...walked more than I ever have but enjoyed it...once I knew I wasn't going sub 2:00 I didn't try to kill myself. my pace in IMTX was a little faster than this one. overall was happy with the run just wasn't as fast as I would have liked it to be.
