Not sure what went wrong here. Felt stronger than that. I did have some issues staying on course. Need to work on more OWS.

Faded last 2 miles. Needed calories and none were to be found. Should have taken some in sooner on the run. First lap in 53 mins second half in 57 mins. Lost 4 mins on second half and most of it was in last 2.5 miles as pace fell off dramatically. Frist in AG for run.
