Foot was throbbing for the first mile. Ran out of gas...had to walk a bit at the 2 mile mark. No sideache today.

Do more run training.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Poor training due to foot injury the past two weeks.

Event comments:

Very nice race. Need more buoys on the swim. A balloon arch at the swim finish would be a good idea, due to the sun difficulties. Need better parking near the transition area.
