Comments: Lost 10 lbs in the last 3 months - about 3-4 lbs lighter than last year. Felt a lot easier though. Also did 90k bike the day before, and ran another 11km this afternoon. No days off afterwards. Post race
Warm down: No cash prizes anymore so just watched the live band and chatted with some other runners including the winner. What limited your ability to perform faster: No taper, training for IM not 10ks. Not in ideal digestive condition either. :P Event comments: A good yearly race to gauge training progress.
