Pre-race routine:

One pop-tart and some coffee. Zoot Ultra shorts, Kinvara 4 shoes with tech top.
Event warmup:

Not enough - was running a bit late no pre-run. Time for bathroom stop and that was it.

Comments:

Lost 10 lbs in the last 3 months - about 3-4 lbs lighter than last year. Felt a lot easier though. Also did 90k bike the day before, and ran another 11km this afternoon. No days off afterwards.


Post race
Warm down:

No cash prizes anymore so just watched the live band and chatted with some other runners including the winner.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

No taper, training for IM not 10ks. Not in ideal digestive condition either. :P
