sighting/direction was on & off. current & me.....
What would you do differently?:

go harder at the end, tho' sighting into the sunrise was difficult/blinding to see the finish.

What would you do differently?:

set up for quicker exit; run with bike alittle faster; go past mounting line if others are crowding me (they were...) single tie or go with cheap rubber bands on cleat heals for snap-release, get feet secured quicker/sooner in line.

What would you do differently?:

going to have to stand up more often and push alittle harder, methinks, to shave time and have a shot at 1st place in AG. Can I pull a 22mph pls Lord? (w/out hurting the run, that is?)

1st here was duly appreciated, but Lord knows I can run a 25min here (or better yet, miraculous 24+min something?) As with bikers, there were many good (young especially...) runners here today. (runners clubs?)
What would you do differently?:

push alittle harder for 25' or better. Being looser w/out butt-hamy cramps would def help the cause.

muscle tightness which leads to questionable "conservatism"....methinks.
