Poor run, lost 1:30 over previous year, first mile was at 8:00 and hurt the overall time, not bad after that
What would you do differently?:

need to push harder on 1st mile, was ahead of last year's time through T2 and got behind on the run

Race has grown to 350 participants and gets a great mix of first timers and some competitive locals, good race to start the season because of the pool swim
