What would you do differently?: better watch, train longer distance runs, plan my start. hydrate more anticipate cramping muscles. Post race
Warm down: was none just drink water and get the hell out of town. What limited your ability to perform faster: alot of things. Event comments: 1st ever did not train very well. Longest run was 13 miles. I cramped up big time at mile 19-26. Lost my watch at mile 10-13. Real screwed me up not n=knowing my times. Missed out on replenishing. I started off like a bat out of hell. I learned alot about running in a big race better off getting to the front or waiting till the end. Last updated: 2006-08-09 12:00 AM
