First I racked m bike by a bag tht I thought was mine. Luckliy I noticed imediatly and went to the correct bag.

With the help of new bike shoes, the ones with only ONE STRAP. The transition would be smoother

Warm down:

Slow jog for 30 sec or so.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

To much wind and cool temps.

Event comments:

First year for this race. Overall it was good though. Did better my time on this Sprint Tri by a few min.

Course: WOW is all I can say. They found the hillyest place in South Central Kentucky to hold this Race. But, on the other hand, down hills were almost dangerous
