Comments: Simple 20 lengths in the outdoor pool with a bit of running to the mats. Under 10 mins for the actually swimming so good enough. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Focused on keeping as steady as possible with the climbs and descents (still ranged up to 65 km/hr). Wind wasn't terrible but present. What would you do differently?: Push harder Transition 2
Run
Comments: Fastest run split in the race, left a bit too much on the bike I guess. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: No deviation from IM training plan just dumped the race in the middle of the week. Event comments: Super organized, the results actually were posted (unlike the Oly 2 weeks ago). A good little short course race with some of the faster guys coming out.
