Swim
Comments: Ugh... I wonder why I practice I get there and just cant swim decent- Ilook around and it seems others are struggling too (which makes me feel a little better). It was really crowded- I maybe should have pulled to the side to try to get in a groove. I also ran in pretty far before starting the swim- my feet have little cuts all over them - I guess thats what I get for trying to get out of a little swimming! What would you do differently?: Just keep plowing through people- toughen up and more OWS!!!! Transition 1
Comments: Was good- nothing really went wrong (for once) not that fast though. What would you do differently?: maybe learn to keep my shoes on the bike and strap them on while biking. Bike

Comments: Seemed fast- again had no problems in transition- guess Im getting a little better at this! Wish I would have had a gel or something out to eat- I really was hungry and could tell by how I felt. grabbed some gatorade on the way out. What would you do differently?: get some yanks Run
Comments: I really was out of power- I know I can run faster then this- but I guess it turned out OK. My hamstrings were tight too. I dont mind being passed by guys- but hate being passed by other girls! :( Had a good sprint at the end- wish I would have started it a little sooner (I think I say this in every race report) What would you do differently?: eat more for breakfast... push harder Post race
Warm down: Found my kids and hubby- had some food What limited your ability to perform faster: Realy didnt have enough fuel today. Event comments: Was very well put on... Stayed at hotel- Had a power bar- some Gatorade (obviously not enough because I was hungry at the swim start -ugh) Got kids up and movin- got there pretty early wich was nice.
not here- my swim is a warm up
