Comments: Ran at a pretty good clip, trying to pace around 10:00, maybe a little slower, and then pick it up toward the end. Lost more time than I realized on a few of the early to mid kilometers and wasn't able to get it back, even with a push at the end. What would you do differently?: Monitor my kilometer lap times better so I know where I stand. Post race
Warm down: Had half an orange, a banana, some water, and walked home, about 10 minutes. What limited your ability to perform faster: Training mostly. Although trained for shorter distances, probably wasn't fully ready or trained for 6.2 miles.
