Just was zapped. Took it easy up the hills as to not kill my calves, but then on Summit, I upped the effort a lot. But the pace didn't change. Hoping for 1:02:30, but this isn't that much worse.
What would you do differently?:

Not run the 10K and 5K the day before! :)
