Pre-race routine:

Ran to the race start and then did some warm up laps around RTC. Was a good decision to run to the start since it was cold.

Met up with Brad and his friends from work along with Karis and Will pre-race.

Comments:

Pushed hard the entire time. Some of the hills hurt. Was a fun local race with a good amount of spectators. I always forget how much 5ks hurt.

Warm down:

Cheered on finishers, chatted with the Kuper's and then ran home

Lack of speed work

Event comments:

PRR does a great job at putting on good local races. Good swag (LS tech shirt and ornament).
It would be nice if they changed up the courses though. All of the races that are from RTC are the same course.
