Walked and stretched. Foam rolled a few hours before at home (never do that, but was worried about my left calf).

Started easy and really built!
What would you do differently?:

I was unsure of my calf, so I took it too easy from miles 3-7. Could have been faster there, but feel good about this!

Garmin wasn't synced up for the first 0.18 mile, so I manually took my first mile split before it took over: 6:40.26, 3:19.57, 2:57.04, 3:23.43, 3:24.65, 3:27.46, 3:30.12, 3:24.29, 3:28.02, 3:19.32, 3:26.10, 3:31.61, 3:22.92, 3:16.99, 3:18.54, 3:12.31, 3:16.10, 3:18.49, 3:17.11, 3:15.16, 3:01.00, 3:05.69, 3:03.51, 3:02.47, 3:08.39, 1:21.08 (0.24 - 5:37 pace). Course: Loop though downtown, then out and back along the river. Rolling hills, but nothing too bad.
