Comments: May have been a little faster, because one other swimmer failed to yield so I could pass, had to just swim around her, after slapping her feet for two lengths, still 2 minutes faster than last year What would you do differently?: Swim faster Transition 1
Comments: Had a little trouble getting my wind shirt on. Normally, I zip the bottom about 1/1/2 inches and put it on like a pullover, today it got hung up on my back and took a bit to get it down to where it was supposed to be. Also I use power straps and my running shoes for these shorter events to save time changing shoes in T2. What would you do differently?: Work to refine transition process. Bike

Warm down: Drink Gatorade G2, ate some bananas and Oranges and a bagel What limited your ability to perform faster: I'm Old Event comments: The team did very well at setting this up, everything was organized with no issues.
