Comments: Not the greatest run. I am out of shape. A lot of stopping. At the 5th mile my knee started buckling. Then later my hip was about to fall off. (It didn't) I am happy that I finished but I should have more training in and less eating!!! But the BEST part was seeing my family at the finish line. It really boosted. I could have run again and again!! What would you do differently?: Train, eat less, train some more Post race
Warm down: Water, slight stretches, sat down, try to get up What limited your ability to perform faster: My enormous belly and the lack of training. Event comments: This is a great race.
