 Comments: got the beginnings of a migraine headache about a mile into the second run, but i "willed" it away. What would you do differently?: not barf after the first mile, eat better the night before so that i'm not eating the morning of a race, try to run at a faster pace  Post race Warm down: walked around What limited your ability to perform faster: bad week of training because of bike crash on monday Event comments: my first race.
