Steel cut oatmeal with honey, infint drink, 1 powerbar gel w/caffeine 25 mins before race.

Comments:

Pretty decent race. Legs were feeling a little fatigued from the past 2 weeks and esp. the mileage on the bike this week.
What would you do differently?:

This wasn't an A race for me. So probaly not much. I need to get a new pace type watch. Wifey stole my 201.

NOT ENOUGH. just walked around and finshed off my infinit and water.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

No taper.

Event comments:

It was a fun race. Great seeing the Wookie and his wife. What made it awesome was seeing my wife take 1st in her age group. I was so proud of her and she has come so far in the last few months. She is an inspiration for me and our children.
