Got rough in the last 1.5 miles when I can usually start upping the pace. Lack of speedwork. But OK with that.
What would you do differently?:

I *think* I could have pushed more just after the half way point, but that's about all I'd do differently.

Jogged 1+ mile. Stretched well back at home.

Event comments:

Hoping for 29:00, but OK with my race. Chilly day, but good for a race.
