Comments: Did just fine. No annoying leg tightness. Aid stations out of supplies. Post race
Warm down: Dip in the lake and cycle back to the camp site. Cycle back really helps the legs. What limited your ability to perform faster: Same old lack of consistent training. Too fat. Camping Overnight - Up early for banana and eggs on toast.
Got some limited time warming up in the lake. Most time wasted on finding last minute hydration solutions (bike bottle left at home) and trying to go #2.
