Swim
Comments: Probably the roughest lake swim I've ever done. Wind was blowing straight across the lake so waves were pretty bad. What would you do differently?: Same thing as every other race, train more! Transition 1
Comments: Overall pretty good. Wish I hadn't bothered putting my watch on the handlebars because the zeroing of the PM didn't work anyway. Bike
Comments: Not too sure about the overall rank because the open wave times were all jacked up. First in the AG was only 10 seconds faster. No idea what my power output really was because I forgot to zero the PM before the race and it was definitely reading low. I wouldn't have placed that high on just 192 watts. What would you do differently?: Solid bike. Not sure any changes are necessary Transition 2
Comments: Actually had to tie my shoes today because I couldn't find my Zoots. Run
Comments: Probably could have gone a little harder. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Swim, of course. Better training may have given me the 18 seconds I was short of winning the AG. Event comments: Typical quality event from High Five. Can't go wrong with their races. Last updated: 2016-05-02 12:00 AM

Don't eat Clif bars before races! Wanted to barf that thing up on the bike and it's really not the first time.
About 2 minutes in the water. Active stretching.
