Comments:

Great race, one of my best (well, yeah, it's a PR, duh). But I mean, I actually felt good at the top of the hill at the halfway mark. My legs didn't respond the way I wanted for the third quarter, but I definitely had more left in the tank.
What would you do differently?:

Hamstring injury kept me from doing any speed work for two months, so I guess -- do more speed work, but also, don't injure my hamstring...
