Pre-race routine:

Did the usual, banana, bagel, coffee and bar. Got up about 2.5 hrs before. Also took It's not the nerve bottle about 30 mins before.

Went out a little fast coming off injury. Really gassed.

Well organized low key event. Really had a good time and will do this again.
