3rd IM- I was at peace before this one knowing what I in for since I raced it in 2015.

not much, this was my last IM. Glad to be a part of it all on any given day. Considering the June MI should be glad to be a part of it in any capacity....

Goal was 19mph avg for the bike. Cramps at mile 75~ and 102~ added 5 minutes~..

Decent through mile 13. Then the jog-walk till mile 17. At ~17 resorted to a fast walk. Difficulty putting fluids down. The reduced training time this year saw similar drop in performance after 10 miles. Never got a "run" over 16 miles in training. Again, due in large part to June MI.
What would you do differently?:

nothing to do. You go to war with the army you have not the army you wish you had....

Warm down:

difficult walk back to the hotel...difficult getting around the hotel room

What limited your ability to perform faster:

MI 4 months earlier significantly reduced training

Highly recommend IMLOU. I'd rate it a 4.5 out of 5.
