Pre-race routine:

Got up at 3:45. Ate Bagel, drank water, got dressed and left house at 4:30. Arrived at 5am at race side. Front row parking. Transition opened at 5:30. Racked my stuff and chilled in the car for a little bit.

Caught a few swimmers that were slower and had to basically stand up and walk for a bit and then pass them at the wall. That probably cost me about 30 seconds overall.
What would you do differently?:

Swim seeding is always a mess on this one so some of it is luck on who's in front of you.

This went very well. No issues. Could have run a little faster with the bike maybe. This has been the Tri with my best transitions by far. 6th out of 17 in my age group on the first transition

Realized 3 to 4 miles into the bike that my front brake was rubbing a bit. Fixed that without having to stop and probably picked up 1 mile average speed after that. Funny that the guy that placed one ahead of me had to the tenth of a second the exact same bike time as me

Check the brakes before race.

As always my worst, but improved by 2 minutes over last year. It was super hot out there. Sun fully out and only about half of the course was covered in shade. Still having issues with body self regulating body temp during really hot weather. Seems to over adjust sometimes. Not uncommon according to my Neurologist though, so I just need to keep with it.
What would you do differently?:

Keep working on my run speed. Maybe one of these days I'll get back to my pre illness speed.

There's room for improvement on the swim seeding. Marking people with swim times on their calves would help during formation before the start as apparently the race numbers don't mean anything as about 50% of the people submit wrong swim times. One more water station on the run might not be bad either, especially when it's this hot.
