Swim
Comments: First 1/2 Good Swim except for going off course. Taught myself to breathe on left side to sight pack on counter-clockwise swims. 2nd 1/2 got swam over and pulled under. Swim time includes uphill run 250 yds to transition area. What would you do differently?: Need to get comfortable breathing both sides. Need to swim a little more aggressive. Transition 1
Comments: Still changing shirts for bike and socks and shoes for bike run. What would you do differently?: Buy a tri top to use for all three. Bike
Comments: 1st time offroad on Mountain bike. Thought I did pretty well. Took it easy a little too much. What would you do differently?: Train and ride offroad more. Push a little harder. Transition 2
Comments: Good. Still changed into running shirt out of bike shirt. Run
Comments: Good run. Needed to kick more, but no walking. Post race
