didn't do much but eat a pretzel, drink ice water. had a Michelob Ultra.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

muggy weather, perhaps? Not enough carbs during the run.

Event comments:

I've done it 3 years in a row. Beat my last year's time by 3 minutes. I think I did pretty well this year, despite a crappy run.
