Comments: didn't really feel in the groove till the third mile, probably need a longer warmup run to really loosen the legs. This was really more of a training run for me as I have bigger more significant races coming up. What would you do differently?: Warm up more. Post race
Warm down: walked around, stretched alittle. What limited your ability to perform faster: Did a long run two days ago so wasn't really expecting spetactular results. Event comments: Good fun run on my 40th birthday. Was really hoping to break the 25 min mark. Came close, but set a new PR anyway.
