Comments:

This was a fun run that I wanted to squeeze in 3 days before my surgery. In town for the Gateway Dirt Nationals. It was cold and rainy and they were salting the little bridges in the park. People here are fast!

Warm down:

Ate some cookies and hurried back to the car to get warm and head to the track.

Event comments:

Lots of people came out in the cold rain for this fun run. Wish I was a local and could run the entire series!
