Every 1/4 of the ride, my overall average was 18.2, 18.2, 20.2, and 21.6 just before transition (21.5 after dismounting and running in). 23:09 out (18.19 mph), 16:06 back (26.16 mph) according to Garmin (7.02 miles each way).
