Comments:

Cool, breezy day. Good for a race. Had to hop around a lot of people in the first half mile, but then it was good. Had hoped to start faster, but was DEAD at mile 2. Good push in last half.
What would you do differently?:

Start a bit closer to the front.

Jogged a mile+. Stretched at race and more at Y.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of speed work, but trying to stay injury free.
