swim went well. did not start out too fast. Was able to get on the feet of someone at the turn and follow him most of the way back.

maybe a little more push at the start

like the course, Bombing down the hills is fun. 4 laps and gained about 10 seconds per lap. Only snafu was dropping my water bottle when going to drink on the hill in lap 3.

Comments:

legs were little stiff at start and got started a little slower than I wanted. Was passed by 1st age grouper about 3/4 mile in. Second mile was downhill and able to cruise at faster pace. Then felt like just slogging through the next couple of miles
What would you do differently?:

push pace more

Warm race with a number of hills. Went well for the most part but the 4 laps wore on the legs and made the run not as quick. Well organized and I appreciated the time trial start instead of a wave start for the swim. Run is hot and hilly which is normal for this course.
