Got up and did 3 on the zero runner. I had a 16 miler scheduled today. Made D and I egg sandwiches

Comments:

I am super happy with this. Its 4 minutes faster than my last 5K in January. I will take this all day long. Most importantly I beat the woman running dressed like unicorn because that just could NOT happen

Ran with blue brace. Knees did well got a blister on my left foot
What would you do differently?:

For me this was good
Post race
Warm down:

Waited for D to finish. Went to the car for a dry shirt.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of real running. Too many knee surgeries. Also I took my wind breaker off and I had my iPod in it and it was a struggle to get it untangled and tied around my waist

Event comments:

Small local race benefiting my friends church. Everyone got hardware. Its all good
