Comments:

Nice run for me. Was in a good mental state at mile 6 and 7, which never happens at this race. Spent my "energy" well, and couldn't have done too much differently.
What would you do differently?:

Not much. Maybe a BIT harder up the hills, but keeping it easy up the hills helped in the last few miles. So mile 3 COULD have been faster, and maybe 7, but that mile has always been slow.
