Comments: Won my Swim Wave Transition 1
Comments: Long transition from pool to lobby What would you do differently?: Been faster transitioning out, lost focus slightly Bike
Comments: Good and fair bike course, not marked nor marshaled well What would you do differently?: KNOWN and driven the Bike Course before the race Transition 2
  Run
Comments: One of my best 5k's since coming back, focused and pushed hard What would you do differently?: Not much, it all came together and had my best run during comeback Post race Warm down: Light job for 10 minutes after bundeling up What limited your ability to perform faster: Knowing the bike course Event comments: Suggested to Race Director to have some signs as well as marshals pointing out turns. The painted directions were hard to decipher as a ton of other markings on route. Great late season Last race. They made everyone feel like a winner Last updated: 2017-10-02 12:00 AM |
